1. General information

1.1 Contractor – provides rental of game servers, as well as other WEB add-ons
1.2 Client – hosting user
IRON-HOST.COM 1.3 Renting a game server is a service for providing space and resources on server equipment for hosting a game server, as well as for its launch and operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
1.4 Game Hosting IRON-HOST.COM – hosting that rents dedicated servers in official data centers for the services provided
1.5 The equipment used to provide game hosting services is located in specially equipped data centers
1.6 The service is renting a game server that works 24/7 and you have full access to it through the control panel and FTP access
1.7 Payment – funds deposited by the Client to the Contractor on the virtual account The Client in accordance with the terms of this Agreement

2. Services provided/payment for services

2.1 The Agreement on the use of our services comes into force from the moment the Customer orders the service. Payment and prices for services are determined by the terms of the contract between the Client and the Contractor. The term of the contract expires according to the paid period
2.2 The server rental agreement is drawn up for at least 1 month
2.3 Payment for services is carried out both automatically and manually (payment via a terminal, paypal and other payment options that are not available on the Contractor’s website)
2.4 When the Client pays for a service that requires additional transaction costs, the Contractor has the right to include these costs in the Client’s account
2.5 The provision of services takes place after their full prepayment
2.6 In case of prepayment for 3, 6, or 12 months, we provide discounts of up to 15%
2.7 The Client releases the Contractor from all claims of third parties regarding the data provided to them
2.8 The Contractor is not responsible for the safety of data on the Client’s server. After the Client’s data has been uploaded to the server, the Client is obliged to make a backup copy of this data
2.9 The Client is also aware that there is a possibility of data interception on the Internet, and he admits this risk factor. The Contractor is not responsible for violating the confidentiality of emails or other transmitted information
2.10 The Contractor does not accept responsibility for violations arising within the Internet. Also, the Contractor is not responsible for damages or their consequences caused directly or indirectly by the Client’s server

3. The order of execution of the contract. Rights and obligations of Clients

3.1 The Client undertakes to read and take note of information about changes published on the website, the group or sent letters to the email address
3.2 The Client undertakes to monitor the status of his virtual account and pay for the leased server in a timely manner, in case of non-renewal of the server, it will be blocked and automatically deleted
3.3 The Client has the right to change the parameters of the tariff plan (server tariff, server type, number of slots on the server) on the ordered and paid server
3.4 The Contractor has the right to temporarily block the IP:The Client’s PORT, in case of an insurmountable DDoS attack on his address lasting more than 5 minutes. Unblocking of the client’s address is performed only in the absence of an attack on the Client’s address, at the discretion of the Contractor

4. Sale and purchase of accounts (servers)

4.1 We are against the sale of accounts or game servers and we do not bear any responsibility for your actions. Therefore, if you decide to sell your server or account, proceed as carefully as possible
4.2 It is possible to transfer the server to another profile only in some situations, it is discussed individually through the Ticket System

5. Change of location, game, tariff

5.1 You can change the location automatically via the “Tariff” tab. When changing the location, the IP changes:PORT of the game server
5.2 You can change the game only once a month. When changing the game, the IP:PORT of the game server may be changed
5.3 Tariff change. When changing the tariff plan, an additional day is deducted. On PRO servers, the tariff change takes place through the Ticket System

6. Technical support regulations

6.1 Technical support agents work around the clock without lunch break, weekends and holidays. Responsibilities of technical support:

– Solutions to problems related to hosting (FTP, FastDL and other panel functions do not work)
– Problems with starting the server (If it does not start even after reinstalling)
– Solve problems related to the health of the web server (Mail, MySQL, Apache, FTP)
– Provide technical support to Clients regarding the operation of web server services (Mail, Mysql, SSH, Apache, FTP)
– Provide the necessary information regarding server settings, namely software, phpinfo, etc.
– Restore information (data of the Client hosting account from backup) in case their loss occurred due to our fault (for example, the failure of the server disks)

6.2 The responsibilities of technical support do not include:

– Setting up the game server
– Web installation. scripts
– Solutions to problems with server configuration
– Provide support to persons who are not our Clients
– Make settings on the Client’s computer, as well as conduct training on working with the game server and programs
– To engage in the promotion of game servers, as well as to consult on the promotion of the game server
– If the Client shows rudeness, technical support has the right not to answer his questions or close access to the “Tech. Support”

6.3 Tickets are prohibited:

– Any spam activity
– Aggressive communication with support agents aimed at inciting conflicts (for example, outright mate)
– Obscene language (mate)
– Familiarity

For violations of the rules – blocking access to the menu “Tech. Support”

7. Refund of funds

7.1 There is no refund for the services rendered, the service is provided from the moment of ordering the game server
7.2 If it is impossible to place an order / use the ordered and paid server for reasons beyond the control of the contractor, the Client has no right to demand termination of the contract, refund of funds
7.3 A refund is possible if the Contractor is unable to provide the paid service (there are no seats on the equipment). The refund is made to the Client’s wallet

8. Other conditions

8.1 It is prohibited on game servers:

– Any malware
– Substitution of masterservers
– Installation of plugins that change server parameters (installation of Tickrate, FPS or slots that do not match the tariff)
– Attacks on other resources or game servers

For violations of any clause 8.1, the game server, web hosting, dedicated server, virtual server will be blocked
